Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Maika tags attached to ensure the product remains in its original, sellable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
